VINIFICATION : |

De-stalking. Automatic sorting. Slow fermentation 27°C to 30°C. Post fermentation maceration 15 days. Malolatic fermentation partly in vats. |
AGEING : |
|
16 months : 25 % in new oak barrels - 25 % in one year old oak barrels – 50% in vats. |
TASTING NOTES : |
|
Nice ruby color, rather dense. A nice fruity flavor, with breed and presence. In the mouth the wine is round and fleshy, elegant and tasty, with a good balance. The final is firm and steady, with an elegant and light wooden taste. |
