Mechanical harvesting. Automatic sorting.anEgrappage. Slow fermentation conducted between 27° and 30°C. Post fermentation maceration for 10 days. Malolactic fermentation partly in oak barrels. |
VIGNOBLE : |
|
The soil is limestone and clay over a limestone sub-soil. A geology that isn’t without connection to the plateau of Saint-Emilion, since they share the same origin. |
WORK IN THE VINEYARD : |

Pruning guyot double. Selective de-budding.
Mechanical thin-out of the leaves. |

TASTING NOTES : |

Nice color. Fine and classy flavor, with an elegant touch of wood.
In the mouth the wine will be tasty and well balanced, with notes of pepper and red fruit. The wine is rich without being too dense, a characteristic of the vintage, complex and well bodied, without being too dense - a characteristic of the vintage -with personality and breed. Silky finish. |
